Web Broadcast

We thought you might like to hear some of the tracks we've been talking about, so we've set up a continuous broadcast of our playlist that you can listen to online. Currently this broadcast is via "web radio" so the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired (we hope to be able to provide the music via streaming audio directly from our sight soon).

To hear samples of the music check out our Paris Tempo broadcast...

If you are new to listening to music over the web, continue reading...

How to Listen to Our Broadcast...

The radio program is available as long as you are using a 56K modem or higher bandwith. Though it may take a while to connect and "load", once up and running it should stream fine.

To get connected to the radio program, there are a few things you have to do first (sorry, but until we can provide it directly here, the radio is hosted at another site, which uses their own interface):

First, you need to make sure java is enabled for the Broadcast window to open (if you've never gotten an error message talking about java script, chances are it is enabled).

Then you need to be sure you have an MP3 player (if you don't, don't worry, you can download realaudio player or another player software for free -- follow the prompts on the broadcast page that say "if you can't hear the music").

When you open our broadcast window for the first time, you should click on the little speaker icon. This will open a window asking you to save our "playlist" on your hardrive. Click save, then launch your player application, and under FILE you can open the playlist that is on your drive. It will take a few seconds for the broadcast to "buffer," and then, voila, you will hear our Echos of Paris program...

Now you're ready to check out our Paris Tempo broadcast...
